| 46:1 | （可拉后裔的诗歌，交给伶长，调用女音。）神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. |

| 46:2 | 所以地虽改变，山虽摇动到海心，
Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; |
|
| 46:3 | 其中水虽砰訇翻腾，山虽因海涨而战抖，我们也不害怕。（细拉）
Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. |

| 46:4 | 有一道河。这河的分汊，使神的城欢喜。这城就是至高者居住的圣所。
There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. |

| 46:5 | 神在其中，城必不动摇。到天一亮，神必帮助这城。
God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. |

| 46:6 | 外邦喧囔，列国动摇。神发声，地便熔化。
The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted. |

| 46:7 | 万军之耶和华与我们同在。雅各的神是我们的避难所。（细拉）
The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. |

| 46:8 | 你们来看耶和华的作为，看他使地怎样荒凉。
Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth. |
|
| 46:9 | 他止息刀兵，直到地极。他折弓断枪，把战车焚烧在火中。
He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire. |

| 46:10 | 你们要休息，要知道我是神。我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。
Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. |

| 46:11 | 万军之耶和华与我们同在。雅各的神，是我们的避难所。
The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. |
